Hunted (2012) Parents Guide: Is the series OK for kids?

Moderate sexual content is depicted. Episode 1 features a brief sex scene with visible full female nudity (breasts) and implied sexual activity. Other episodes include moments of implied intimacy, kissing, and characters in their underwear, but without explicit detail or further nudity. Sexual tension and flirtation are present in several relationships.

Strong and graphic violence is a prominent feature. Frequent scenes include gunfights with visible blood and injuries, hand-to-hand combat, stabbings, and brutal assassinations. A character is shown having their throat slit (partially blurred), and another has a needle inserted into their eye. Torture, explosions, and car chases also contribute to the intense action. Deaths are often sudden and graphic.

The protagonist, Sam, deals with the psychological aftermath of an assassination attempt and betrayal by former colleagues. Themes of espionage, double-crossing, and the moral ambiguities of intelligence work are explored. Grief, death, and revenge are also significant motivators for characters.
