Sexual content is limited. There are moments of suggestive dialogue and some flirting, but no explicit sexual acts or nudity are shown. A character is seen getting into bed with implied romantic intent, but the scene cuts away.

The season contains strong, graphic violence. This includes multiple murders by various means (shooting, stabbing, blunt force), often with visible blood and some gore. Characters are tortured for information, including non-graphic but implied methods leading to visible injuries. Intense chase sequences and physical altercations occur, and dead bodies are shown.

Frequent strong language is used throughout the season, including multiple uses of 'f**k,' 'sh*t,' 'a**hole,' and other expletives. The profanity is often used in moments of anger, frustration, or under duress by various characters, particularly those involved in the criminal underworld.

Characters are seen drinking alcohol in social settings, including wine and hard liquor. There are scenes of individuals casually drinking at bars or during business meetings, but no overt intoxication or drug use is depicted.

Major themes include organized crime, corruption within law enforcement, child endangerment, identity crisis, betrayal, and revenge. Cami's struggle to protect her child while being forced into criminal activities creates sustained dramatic tension. The emotional toll of violence and deceit is explored, as is the concept of justice in a morally ambiguous world.
