Sexual content is moderate. There are suggestive outfits, brief partial nudity (e.g., bare buttocks), and implied sexual encounters. Dialogue often contains sexual innuendo and crude remarks. Characters are sometimes shown in bed together after implied sexual activity, but no explicit acts or full nudity are shown.

Violence is severe and often graphic. Fight scenes are brutal and frequent, involving hand-to-hand combat, weapon use (knives, guns, axes), and magical attacks. Injuries include bloody wounds, dismemberment, and severe blunt force trauma. Deaths are often depicted explicitly, and some scenes feature torture or prolonged suffering. The violence is a central element of the plot, portraying a harsh and dangerous world.

The language in this season is consistently strong and frequent, featuring pervasive use of expletives such as "f**k," "sh*t," "a**hole," and various blasphemous terms. Characters use profanity in moments of anger, frustration, and casual conversation, contributing to the show's mature tone.

Characters frequently smoke cigarettes, cigars, and pipes. Alcohol consumption is common, with characters often seen drinking in bars or at home, and sometimes appearing intoxicated. There are also references to hallucinogenic substances, particularly in connection with ancient rituals and mystical visions.

Mature themes explored include trauma, loss, revenge, and the corrupting nature of power. Characters grapple with difficult pasts and moral dilemmas. The series also delves into themes of sacrifice, ancient evil, and the struggle between good and evil, often with psychological intensity. Abandonment and manipulation are recurring emotional undercurrents.
