Sexual content is minimal and restricted to innocent displays of affection, such as hand-holding, brief hugs, and chaste kisses on the cheek or forehead between the main couple. There is some romantic tension and flirting, but nothing suggestive or explicit.

Violence is absent. The show focuses on competitive esports, but physical altercations or graphic injuries are not depicted. Any conflict is verbal or emotional.

The language used is generally clean. There are occasional uses of mild exclamations or frustrations, such as 'damn' or 'idiot,' typically in moments of anger or competitive stress, but strong profanity is consistently absent.

Alcohol is occasionally consumed by adults in social settings, such as at dinners or during celebrations. In one episode, Tong Nian gets mildly drunk after consuming alcoholic beverages, leading to some comical and slightly embarrassing situations where she becomes more affectionate and uninhibited.

Themes include the pressure of competitive esports, overcoming past failures, the complexities of family relationships, and navigating misunderstandings in a new romance. Han Shang Yan deals with lingering resentment towards former teammates, which is a recurring emotional theme throughout the season. The concept of growing up and figuring out one’s future career path is also present.
