There are several scenes of injury with bloody detail. A helicopter crash results in a fatality (off-screen) and a woman with a large, bloody abdominal gash, which the protagonist staples shut. The protagonist later falls into a crevasse and injures his leg, resulting in another bloody wound. He is also seen with a frostbitten, blackened toe and eats raw fish for survival (not bloody).
