Sex and nudity in Mile 22

Light and brief. There are a couple of very short, non-graphic shots of women exiting a shower and a scene showing a man in his underwear for a few moments; no explicit nudity. Nothing sexualized beyond incidental glimpses.

Violence and gore in Mile 22

Strong and frequent — the film contains multiple extended firefights, explosions, close-up gunshot wounds, and bloody aftermaths. Notable sequences include an early safe-house execution with a graphic headshot, a car bombing, hand-to-hand beatings with visible broken limbs, and a character detonating grenades to take out enemies (and himself). Civilians are caught in the crossfire and a young girl is put in danger during one prolonged battle; several named team members are seriously wounded or killed on-screen.

Language in Mile 22

Very strong and pervasive. Characters use dozens of F-words and other harsh profanity throughout the film, especially during combat, high-tension planning, and chaotic scenes. Expect near-constant swearing in most action set pieces.

Drugs, alcohol, and smoking in Mile 22

None. There are no scenes of drug use or characters intoxicated; there is brief discussion of prescription medication but no on-screen substance use.

Mature themes in Mile 22

Heavy themes are present: death, betrayal, political corruption, and the psychological toll of black-ops work. The movie includes the execution of a young Russian, the suicide-style grenade attack by a team member, and a late reveal that an asset is a triple agent — all of which drive grief and revenge motives. These elements are treated seriously and contribute to a grim, adult tone.
