Sex and nudity in Kalki 2898-AD
Sexual content is not a focus. In one non-sexual scene, a female character is briefly seen from the back, with her chest covered by her hands. A classical-style statue is shown that includes brief, non-detailed male genital nudity. More significantly, a key antagonist makes a brief, unwanted and thinly veiled sexual proposition to a woman, which is presented negatively. The film's central themes of forced impregnation and fertility scanning are handled as dystopian horror elements, not as sexual content.
Violence and gore in Kalki 2898-AD
The film contains strong and frequent, though highly stylized, science-fiction violence. There are large-scale battles with futuristic laser guns, ship explosions, and hand-to-hand combat featuring crunchy sound effects, body slams, and martial arts. Specific moments include characters being shot, stabbed, and killed, with some moderate but not overly gory bloody detail on battlefields. A stylized animated sequence early in the film shows brief but brutal images, including dismemberment.
Language in Kalki 2898-AD

Drugs, alcohol, and smoking in Kalki 2898-AD
Substance use is very light. Characters are briefly seen drinking what appears to be alcohol in social settings, such as a futuristic bar where the main character frequents. A central plot element involves a life-extending serum extracted from pregnant women, but this is a sci-fi medical concept and not depicted as recreational drug use.
Mature themes in Kalki 2898-AD
The film explores strong, mature themes within its dystopian framework. A primary theme is the systemic oppression and exploitation of women, specifically through forced impregnation and medical experimentation in 'Project K'. The story also deals with totalitarianism, class divides, sacrifice, and the nature of divinity.
