Violence and gore in .hack//G.U. Returner

Violence is infrequent and highly stylized, typical of action anime set in a video game world. All combat is bloodless and consists of characters using magical attacks, large weapons, and special abilities against digital monsters or each other in a fantastical setting. Because the violence is animated, stylized, and against non-humanoid monsters with no lasting consequence shown, its impact is lessened. One scene involves a larger, more menacing monster, but the fight remains non-graphic.
